This instrument is warranted, to the original owner only, for a period of one year, against defective materials or workmanship.  The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or cosmetic imperfections, and is not transferable to subsequent owners.  Return of warranty registration is a condition precedent to warranty coverage.  Incidental and consequential  damages are excluded from this warranty.  We assume no liability other than for the actual restoration of the instrument to a playable condition within factory specifications. All warranties, expressed or implied, expire with the transfer of ownership from the original owner. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so that the above limitations may not apply to you.                                The return of the signed Treker registration card within (15) days of the original retail purchase is a condition precedent to warranty

coverage.                                       All Treker instruments are warranted by Treker manufacturing. Treker is the grantor of this warranty and has the sole authority to alter said warranty.  Your warranty covers the structural parts of the instrument.                          This warranty does not cover the following:                                  1  Normal wear and tear,  tonal properties,    fret wear,  worn       machine heads, worn plating, strings, scratched pickguards,        damages in shipping and cracking or damage  to the   finish      for any reason ;                                                                                2   Any instrument which has been modified or altered   in  any        way or any instrument which   has been  damaged    through       misuse, negligence, accident or improper operation ;               3  Any instrument which   has   been  subjected to extremes in         temperature or humidity.                                                               Treker manufacturing makes no other express warranty of any kind whatsoever. All implied warranties exceeding the duration of this warranty are disclaimed and excluded from this warranty.  Treker manufacturing disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages.

TREKER MANUFACTURING’S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON NECK TO ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER ONLY (NON-TRANSFERABLE) GUARANTEES NECK TO BE PAYABLE FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER. IN THE EVENT THE NECK IS DEFECTIVE AND IS THEN ACKNOWLEDGED AND APPROVED AT TREKER MANUFACTURING’S DISCRETION, NECK MAY BE REPLACED WITH A NEW NECK OF THE SAME OR MOST SIMILAR AVAILABLE STYLE, UP TO ONE NECK. EXCESS VALUE AND SHIPPING INSURANCE MUST BE CARRIED BY THE OWNER AT HIS OWN EXPENSE.                                In the event of a malfunction of your Treker fretted instrument, you should promptly notify the dealer from whom you’ve purchased the instrument. The dealer or owner must receive written return authorization permission and instructions from Treker Manufacturing before any warranty service may transpire. The dealer or owner must ship the instrument , freight and insurance prepaid by the owner to Treker Manufacturing.  Only Treker Manufacturing may perform warranty service and any such service performed by unauthorized persons will void your warranty. Treker disclaims liability for defects or damage caused by service performed by unauthorized persons and for all non-warranty service not performed by Treker Manufacturing.  When contacting Treker Manufacturing in writing,  you should include a complete description of the problem. If non-warranty work is recommended, a quotation will be issued and must be approved by the owner before any work is done.  Such quotations should be considered immediately and Treker Manufacturing advised of your wishes.

Subsequent to inspecting an instrument upon arrival, Treker Manufacturing will advise you or your dealer of the approximate date of completion.  The repaired instrument or part will be returned to the owner or dealer, freight collect insured.

In the event of unexpected loss by fire, theft, or damage of your instrument while at Treker Manufacturing, for warranty service: Treker Manufacturing responsibility shall be limited to replacement with a new instrument of the same or most similar available style.  Excess value, shipping and insurance must be carried by the owner at his own expense.

No representative or other person is authorized to assume for Treker Manufacturing any liability except as stated in this warranty.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
